- Approval: If the refund is approved, it will be processed by the vendor through the original payment method within [5-10 working days].Â
-Charges: Customers will be responsible for the charges that will be encured by the reason of the refund and this may include shipping cost.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is returned used or incomplete.
 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Digital downloads and services already rendered.
