Note: The quoted timeline is inclusive of all forms of delivery, however each product will specify the delivery options available and their specific timeline.

Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates make a first attempt to deliver to you.  Delivery will be attempted 3 times over the stipulated timeline after which the item will be cancelled. Ensure to review product delivery policy to ascertain products that qualify for door delivery else product will be picked up at the station.

Pick Up Station: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from our pickup station. Please note: Our pickup station may include any of our agent’s outlet which will be duely identified.

The shipping rates displayed at product reviews are rate for national standard delivery. For international delivery, kindly confirm that products are eligible for international delivery and the eligible locations. For express deliveries kindly confirm eligible products and follow procedures to apply.

You can identify eligible items by the “FREE Shipping” message on the product detail or search results pages. Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.

The following qualifications also apply:

You can only ship to delivery addresses located in eligible international destinations only.

You can ship to multiple delivery addresses, as long as you meet all FREE Shipping requirements for each address.

FREE Shipping order minimums vary by country and are based on US dollars (USD).

If you use the Xitymart Currency Converter, the local currency amount reflects the value equivalent to USD at the time of purchase.

If you’re shipping to an address in an eligible country, follow these steps for free shipping:

Add at least the minimum amount required of eligible products in your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout.

Note: The global minimum order amount is 50USD but can very depending on countries.

Ship your items to a shipping address in an eligible international country.

Place your order.

Note: If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, it may be because:

Only items that qualify for free shipping count towards the minimum dollar requirement. Delivery fees are charged for all other items.

VAT and Import Fees Deposit don’t contribute to the minimum dollar requirement.

Note:  Some sellers that fulfill and ship their own inventory charge shipping fees.

Calculating Fees

When you order products from Xitymart for shipment to destinations outside the sells country. An estimate of the Import Fees (“Import Fees Deposit”) will be levied on those items in your order. With your authorization, these funds are used by the carrier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf (or the recipient’s behalf) to the appropriate authorities of the destination. The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the destination into which the products are being shipped.

The Import Fees Deposit is an estimation of the taxes and duties that may apply. It can vary depending on the selected shipping method. The estimated Import Fees Deposit may not represent the actual amount paid to customs authorities. Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change between the date the taxes and duties were estimated and the applicable taxes and duties on the date of import into the destination country. The duty or tax rate is often determined by the classification of a good, which varies by destination. You won’t be charged additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the Import Fees Deposit we estimated.

Duties and taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination’s customs regulations. Typically, this calculation is based on our product price and shipping, before any promotions. This allows destination country customs authorities to obtain the accurate import duties and taxes owed to them based on the actual value of the goods. Import Fees Deposit Refunds

If the actual Import Fees are less than the Import Fees Deposit collected by us on your behalf, you’ll automatically be refunded the difference to the payment method you used for the order. You’ll receive a notification e-mail confirming the amount of the refund. The refunds will be processed as and when we receive carrier invoices confirming the actual Import Fees. If carrier invoices are not received by 180 days from the ship date, you will automatically receive a refund for the full amount of Import Fees Deposit paid.

Delivery Guarantees

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we’ll state this on the product details with the associated delivery date and cost.

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt isn’t made by this date, we’ll refund any shipping fees associated with that order. Your confirmed delivery date is in your order confirmation email. For guaranteed delivery you will be update through mail.

What can I return?

You can return all items eligible for return on or before 7 days.

Which items are eligible for return?

The items eligible for refunds includes wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item. This does not include fresh food items. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

 Once I initiate a return, what happens next?

If the package was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, we will write you to schedule retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s) in 7 business days.

If you initially picked-up your package from one of our stations or agent and chose to drop-off, you can. However you would have to write us for approval to be used for filing the return by filling the appropriate form.

  What happens if I miss attempts to retrieve my return?

Your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return that item.

 Can I return my item after the stated returns timeline?

No you would not be able to return the item. You can initiate warranties for eligible faulty products.

 My return has been collected for a while, but still no news, what should I do?

We apologize for this. Please contact us by raising a ticket.

XITYMART tells me they have done a bank transfer but I have not received the money, what should I do?

 Please raise a ticket if after 48-76 working hours, If you still haven’t received your refund.

How do I track my return status?

  Is my product under warranty?

Warranty information is displayed on each product’s listing page.

 Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items.

 Do I have to return the gift when I return a product?

Yes, any free gift must also be returned.

 Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to US.

 Can I replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?

You can, only if the product is eligible for replacement.

 Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?

Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it.
